Crossroads

Crossroads, a project undertaken by the real estate division of the Rs 1,000-crore Piramal Enterprises Ltd, features a shopping mall and commercial office complex in the South Mumbai-Haji Ali area, Mumbai.

The project includes three existing structures which have been redesigned and refurbished. These are interlinked for convenient access. The office complex is a five-storey, centrally air-conditioned building, while the shopping complex is spread over buildings B and C. Each floor of the building C is interconnected to the building B by atrium bridges. This provides easy access for visitors to outlets all around the shopping complex. An entertainment arcade is located on the fourth floor of the building C, which includes a bowling alley, video game parlour, pool tables and a bumper car ride for kids.

Landbase

The Laburnum in Delhi, ITC Landbase India’s foray into real estate development, offers quality living. It has been designed to offer a "perfect" living environment and promotes the concept of communal harmony among the residents.

The 13-acre facility is landscaped with a swimming pool, paved courtyards, sidewalks and access roads. The development offers large apartments, which include sky courts, garden greens, court greens, terrace heights and penthouses.
