Go Mumbai: Food
For Mumbaikars sold on Goan food, Lite House is about as inexpensive as they get. Situated
at Koliwada in Bandra, this restaurant has all the ambience and character of a sleepy Goan
eatery. The fishing nets on the walls offer a nice touch, though the same can't be said of
the glassy-eyed stuffed pomfrets. But it's the food, not the decor, that makes this place
worth visiting. Try out Sunset Pier, Marina Shells and Under Current. No alcohol but there
are mocktails and tea to choose from. A meal for two could come for Rs 250. |
