Go Goa: Restaurant
The village of Arpora in Goa is now home to
designer Wendell Rodericks' new restaurant, Aubergine. The cuisine is
French-Goan fusion, like prawns sauteed in cream, feni, French bisque and green chillies.
Aubergine serves up an eclectic variety of dishes, including a mixed cheese souffle and
prawn potato chops. A meal for two averages Rs 500 without drinks. To book the special
