Gee! It's Mcgee
He's the co-designer of computer
games like Doom and Quake. Getting bloodthirsty computer buffs worldwide to roam cyber
corridors with a gun is an everyday affair for young American McGee. At 26, he's the
creative director of Electronic Arts, the world's largest independent computer games
company, and was in Mumbai recently for a function organised by Chip magazine.
The telephone-operator-turned-software-designer is soon launching an Alice in
Wonderland game. What next? "I almost thought of creating a game called Indian
Taxi Driver on my gut-wrenching, mind-boggling taxi ride from the airport to my hotel in
Mumbai." Like neat, dude.
