Free Time The nice thing about being a celebrity is the freebies. Take cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, actor Hrithik Roshan and industrialist Yash Birla, who were gifted a 21 de Cartier watch in Mumbai last week. Why? Simply. The Rs 1.14 lakh time device was being launched in the city, and what better way to attract attention than this. Why these three? Because they've made a mark at a very young age. Says Yann Bouillonnec, area manager for Cartier: "They are at the pinnacle of each of their respective fields. They fit the profile of the watch so well that both are made for each other." Adds Birla, one of the lucky trio to be gifted: "It's an honour to be chosen as a citizen of the global village." Oh, to be a celebrity ... -Robin Abreu
