Can't get your fish any fresher than this. Customers at The Park's seafood bar can pick lobsters, prawns, squid crab, eight varieties of fish and more fresh out of water and get the chef to cook it for them just any way they want. Although there's a choice of just two types of cuisine-Continental or Indian-there's the option of getting the food grilled, poached, marinated and grilled, batter fried, crumb fried or done in a special "snow white" batter. If you're a teen with questions about sex, aids or careers, try The Big Ask. Social communications agency Thoughtshop Foundation has launched this bi-monthly newspaper's Bengali version. "It helps youngsters cope with exams, relationships and other growing pains, and also acts as a bridge between parents and child," says Mira Kakkar, of Thoughtshop. Costs Rs 2. Here's an education-with-fun option for children. At the recently opened Macademia Soft Corner for kids up to 13, they can learn computers, pick up foreign and Indian crafts, even get a start on golf (the centre has a mini golf course coming up). Charges for two-and-a-half to five-year-olds: Rs18,000-plus a year. For five to 13-year-olds: Rs 8,000. "We also have courses for mothers and grandparents," says Pankaj Chaturvedi, director of Soft Corner Cyber Solutions that owns the place. It's at 6 Ring Road, Moolchand Crossing.
