Misutilisation and misappropriation of government funds as PWD minister.
Out on bail.
Tejinder Pal Singh Mann (Ex-minister,
Cong)
Charged with robbery and fraud with his two sons at Karnal. All three
have been released on bail.
Randeep Singh Surjewala (Congress)
Unlawful assembly, intimidation and robbery at Narwana last year during
an anti-alcohol protest.
Jagbir Singh Malik (former minister,
HVP)
Accused of favouring associate in fertiliser deal and of abetting the
suicide of a government employee.

Parkash (Former Union minister, Congress)
Fraud, tampering with government records and intimidation in land-grab
cases at Gurgaon and Kaithal and of amassing assets disproportionate to
income.
Vinod Kumar Marya (Former minister, INLD)
Accused of taking Rs 1 lakh to find a job for petitioner in the police
force but not delivering. Arrested on May 22.
Krishan Pal Gujjar (Former minister,
BJP)
Misappropriation of funds in construction of bus shelters as transport
minister and for disproportionate assets.
Anand
Singh Dangi (Former minister, Congress)
Fraud in allotment of government land as revenue minister and for amassing
property disproportionate to income. In judicial lock up, trial on in
an Ambala court.
