The Sri Sri Courses

THE BASIC COURSE:
A 22-hour, six-day interactive session of breathing and yoga exercises and meditation supervised by instructors as well as Sri Sri's recorded voice. The high point of the course is sudarshan kriya, a healing breathing method patented by Sri Sri. More than 15 lakh people have done the course.

THE ADVANCED COURSE:
A residential course of five to seven days for those who have already done the basic course. Usually conducted in a scenic location in the presence of Sri Sri himself, the course lays emphasis on meditation and silence, apparently to achieve a higher self-awareness.

ART EXCEL:
A special programme for teenagers to help inculcate better self-expression, improve memory and spark creativity. The course is conducted in a fun atmosphere, the aim being to build self-confidence and better focus. There are also corporate courses for professionals with the motto "Freedom from stress and work is fun and output is high".
