ARTS The Art of Jehangir Sabavala In recent years, Sabavala's focus has changed from intangible visions to more tangible figures. Landscapes form a major part of this show. Most of the works on display are marked by vibrant colours -- yellows, oranges and reds. Group Show This group show of six individualistic artists -- Atul Dodiya, Chitrovanu Mazumdar, Jayshree Chakrabarty, K. Muralidharan, Nataraj Sharma, Vasudevan Akkithan -- is worth seeing. It indicates the directions in which the generation which really came into its own in this decade is moving. |
