I've got to break free Okay, tell us the truth,
were you ever, in your life, kept chained? Coz that is the way you
behave whenever you get to be 'free'. Dashing around the place without
any sense of responsibility or feeling of remorse. Yeah, fine so
you hardly ever get the freedom you think you should get, but look
what you do when you do get it. Get a hold on yourself, all these
sudden bursts of freedom will one day burst you into a big amount
of trouble.
51-100
Bo-orn free So you are the nice, all balanced
person. Give you freedom and you will use just the amount you need,
not the amount you think you want. You do get swayed sometimes,
like we all do, but then only sometimes. So when you do get swayed
you are let off just coz you stuck to being responsible during those
times. As a result you are always on the right aren't you? You devil
you!
101-150
You've got to break free You know there is
a word called freedom. It means... you know what it means, but you
are for some reason not practicing it, why? Either you don't recognise
it when you get it or you think freedom is for those who have nothing
to do, right? No dear confined in cardboard person, keeping yourself
so confined will only add to your stress of not being able to be
the person you really are.
Do your friends rule your
life?
Do your friends program
your every move? Or do you manage to have a life of your own?

1. You've just spent a full hour getting dressed
for the hottest party of the season when your best friend walks
in and says "You mean you're wearing that?" You
a.
say "I haven't changed yet, stupid," although you'd actually spent
an hour selecting that particular outfit.
b. say, "Yeah, I think it's really cool."
c. critically examine yourself in the mirror for the next five minutes
before you decide your clothes are fine.
2. A group of you are going out for lunch.
You want to eat pizza but your pals want mexican. You,
a. go with mexican. Anything for your pals.
b. eat mexican, but only after they've promised that it'll be pizza
next time.
c. refuse to eat unless it's pizza. You have as much a right to
your choice as they do.
3. Your drama teacher thinks you should audition
for the Shakespeare play the school/college is putting up. You
a. are thrilled. Finally, a chance to show
your talent to the world!
b. refuse outright. In your group, nobody would be caught dead participating
in anything extra-curricular, unless it was sports, maybe.
c. get a friend to audition as well. You won't feel quite so uncool
if one of your pals is with you.
4. Your best pal is throwing a big bash the
same night your family is having the annual family reunion. You
a. spend some cursory time at the reunion
before leaving for the party. You won't feel guilty, at least.
b. tell your friend that he/she'll just have to understand. Parties
keep happening but this is once in a year.
c. go to the party. Everybody will be there!
5. You've got a major test happening Monday
morning, and your pals are planning to go see "The World Is Not
Enough" Sunday night. You
a. go anyway. You won't be able to study anyway,
just thinking about the fun they're having.
b. convince them to see a matinee show. That way, you'll still have
all night to study.
c. say you can't go and that's it.
6. At a party someone offers your pals and
you a marijuana smoke. Your pals all go ahead, but you're not too
keen. You
a. try it anyway. If they're trying it, so
will you.
b. refuse outright. You'd never get into the drugs scene and that's
it.
c. make an excuse, something like "I have asthma so I can't smoke,
otherwise I would have tried it."
7. You spot a guy/girl you think is cute looking
and point him/her out to your best pal. He/she says "Ugh, that one?"

c. eventually do the course of your choice, but only because your
parents refused permission to let you go.
9. One of your pals demands to borrow your
fave pair of jeans, the one thing in the world you would rather
die than lend anyone. You

my brother's/sister's, but you can have anything else you like'.
b. reluctantly agree, otherwise he/she might get, like, really mad
at you forever.
c. say 'you must be dreaming, I wouldn't give them to Britney Spears/Matt
Damon'.
10. A couple of days before the boards begin,
your closest pals are trying to get hold of the question paper by

so will you. You don't want them to think you're a sissy.
b. know it's wrong, but you don't say so outright. You'll decide
when they finally have the paper in hand.
c. say you'll have nothing to do with it.

What it means
30 PUPPET
Okay, so you need your friends. Who doesn't?
But what you're doing here is making them the focus of everything,
minor or major, in your life. What's more, you're letting them decide
basic right and wrong for you. If you can't say no to your friends
because they might no longer want to be friends with you, then something
is majorly wrong here. You're being manipulated and tied up in emotional
knots by your pals, and unless you stand up for yourself, no-one's
gonna stand up for you. Get a mind, guys, only then will you get
a life.
20-29 POPPET
You're certainly influenced by your friends,
but bye and large, you manage to avoid falling into the approval
trap. In the long run, you're influenced by what's right for you.
Still, a word of caution. It's okay to agree with them where the
issues are basically harmless, like food and movies, but where you
know they're wrong, stick to what you know to be right. You seem
to equate being cool with agreeing with what your pals say, but
there's a big difference between the two. Value your friends, give
them the importance due to them, but let your mind belong only to
you!
10-19 DROP IT!
You're your own person, loud and clear. But
sometimes, what you think is being independent can actually come
across as downright rude to others. Keep your own counsel like you
do at present, but try and tone down your reactions, otherwise you
might have very few friends left. If you're sure that your friends
really care about you, then it's okay to go with their opinions
once in a while, instead of treating everything as a battle for
supremacy. Relax!
